The project is currently recruiting post-secondary institutions, training providers and employers across Canada to join our team.

- Extend the positive benefits of Skills for Success evaluation and training to your learners, clients and employees.
- Coordinate the piloting of new evaluations and training aligned with Skills for Success.
- Contribute valuable feedback to improve the quality of resources available.
- Support Canadians in building the foundational skills needed to adapt and thrive in work, learning and daily life.
- Obtain access to an extensive suite of materials, skills training and resources needed to lead piloting.
- Receiving funding to support your involvement.

As a Partner, you will:- support the project research objectives through piloting the new Skills for Success evaluation and training resources, targeting Reading, Numeracy, Writing and Digital skills.
- recruit your learners, clients or employees to participate in the research.
- have the option to select from several piloting models to best fit you and your participants’ needs and availability.
- deliver evaluations to measure and identify skills proficiency.
- provide participants with access to a suite of asynchronous online training resources to support skills development.
- be provided with training to support your delivery, and resources to facilitate your involvement.
- receive funding to offset costs associated with participation.
- have an opportunity to provide feedback about the tools, resources and your experiences as a partner.
- provide valuable feedback and insights needed to test, refine, adapt and implement the new skills model over the next several years.
Participant Eligibility
In order to participate in the research project, Partners' recruited participants must:
- Be students, trainees, clients or employees already affiliated with the Partner.
- Be a Canadian citizen or have a permanent residence status in Canada (status may include but are not limited to work, study, refugee, and other newcomer statuses)
- Be at least 18 years old to provide informed consent.
- Have some English Language proficiency. A minimum CLB level of 6/7 is recommended for ELL participants (English Language Learners)
