Preparing you for success
Have you been away from school for a long time? Do you need to learn basic literacy, improve your grades, or finish high school? It’s all possible with our many learning options.
Alberta Works grant funding
You are ready, willing, and able to attend school, but you don't have money to pay for upgrading? Check if you are eligible for Alberta Works grant funding provided by the government. Unemployed or marginally employed adult residents of Alberta that have financial need and require skills training to find stable employment could qualify for this type of financial help.
Bow Valley College offers Artstream in partnership with Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD). If you want to attend ACAD but don’t quite meet the academic or English requirements, this may be the program for you.
Adult Basic Education Program
Reading and understanding a document, writing a paragraph or adding and subtracting fractions could be challenging. Come back to learning, strengthen your skills and get ready for higher education.
