Your roadmap to student success.

Welcome to Bow Valley College. New Student Orientation is important for all students joining the Bow Valley College community for the first time. Attend this 2-day virtual Winter 2021 New Student Orientation on January 5 & 6, 2021 to:

  • Get the right tools to succeed in your academic courses and be comfortable with BVC before classes begin
  • Meet fellow students, alumni, your instructors and program chairs
  • Learn about the many free resources and student services available at BVC
Some programs may have extra activities during the first week of classes, but this orientation is required for all new Bow Valley College students. For international students, there is an International Student session on New Student Orientation Day 1 (January 5, 2021).

There are two parts of New Student Orientation (NSO):

1. Join a virtual live NSO event on January 5 & 6, 2021
2. Visit My Success Hub (MSH101) on D2L Brightspace and check out New Student Orientation Module

New students will receive an invitation to the NSO event in early December 2020.
