Applied Research at Bow Valley College aims to meet the needs of our learners by preparing them to participate in a competitive labour market. Our research also seeks to find innovative solutions to fit the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and industry.
Bow Valley College has partnered on applied research projects with colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, and corporations, with the goal of advancing practice, improving employment opportunities, and finding success in the workplace. The College has conducted research in a variety of sectors including immigration, language and literacy, education, and essential skills training.
