Course Description

The course follows a one-on-one coaching model. The participants are required to take the Intercultural Development Inventory online and then meet with their coach (online or face-to-face) for a preliminary feedback session and two follow-up sessions. Each of the sessions are about one hour each.

Additional Information

The course is also an opportunity for graduates of The Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate Program to reinforce their learning from the program. Participants are not required to complete the entire certificate program before signing up for Developing a Global Mindset.

The completion of assigned tasks and critical reflections are the requirements for the course.
