About

With the General Business Major, you’ll build a strong understanding of a wide range of business concepts while keeping your future options open. This major is designed to give you flexible pathways into further post-secondary studies through transfer agreements with universities across Alberta. If you plan to continue your education, connect with an Academic Advisor to explore transfer opportunities with Bow Valley College’s many partner institutions.

Program Length
This is a two-year (four-term) diploma. A standard course load is five courses per term, though you can maintain full-time status with at least three. Taking fewer than five per term will extend your program completion time.
