Course Description

Module 4 aims to empower maintenance managers with a solid understanding of financial management principles and equip them with the necessary skills to make informed and financially responsible decisions in their organizations. By bridging the gap between maintenance management and finance, participants will become effective communicators with finance professionals, contributing significantly to their organization's overall performance.

    Course Material / Textbook(s) Required:

    • Finance for Non-Financial Managers, 7th Edition, by Pierre Bergeron. Please note that the textbook cost is separate from the course tuition. 
    • PEMAC MMP Module 4 Participant Workbook version 12.01

    Recommended:

    Modules 1 through 7 can be taken in any order, however it is recommended to start with Module 1: MMPR9101 An Integrated Strategy for Maintenance Management.

    Individuals who complete all eight modules and are members of the  PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada can apply for the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation from PEMAC.

    February 21 and 22, 8:00am-5:00pm
