This is an opportunity for graduates of The Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate Program to reinforce their learning and further strengthen their intercultural competence with a personalized, targeted and actionable plan.
Participants are required to complete the entire certificate program before signing up for Developing a Global Mindset.
The course follows a one-on-one coaching model. The participants are required to take the Intercultural Development Inventory online and then meet with their coach (online or face-to-face) for a preliminary feedback session and two follow-up sessions. Each of the sessions are about one hour each.
This course is the next step to the Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate Program. It helps reinforce a global perspective and mindset and offers actionable steps to further build intercultural sensitivity.
The completion of assigned tasks and critical reflections are the requirements for the course.
A mixed course delivery mode where learning activity takes place through a blend of scheduled in-class and scheduled or non-scheduled online delivery methods. Learners ARE required to participate in scheduled in-class and/or online learning activities. Scheduled exams may be required.
