This course covers trends in rewards packages including compensation, benefits, and monetary or non-monetary rewards. Topics such as employee engagement, talent management, job satisfaction, motivation, and retention are explored, as well as how they link to compensation policies, pay equity, incentive plans, and wellness programs.
