Course Description

Learn how to install, configure, and upgrade computers and peripherals. Focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems and system malfunctions. With this course, you'll be able to implement safety and preventive maintenance procedures, and completely disassemble and rebuild computer systems. You will also learn how to function as an administrator by setting up user accounts, managing file permissions and directories, working with virtual memory, and implementing network security.

CompTIA A+ is the industry standard for computer support technicians. If you're interested in entering the field of Information Technology, this introductory course led by an expert instructor, is designed for you.
