Participant Requirements
To be eligible for this program you must:
- Qualify for the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program
- Be a minimum of 18 years old
- Have Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 3 or higher
- Be a permanent resident or Convention refugee
