Safety training is available based on your career goals in these areas:

  • Food handling safety
  • Construction safety
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
  • Other safety training as needed

  • Gain confidence to reach your career goals

Participant Requirements

To be eligible for this program you must:

  • Qualify for the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Have Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 3 or higher
  • Be a permanent resident or Convention refugee
