Bow Valley College to award Honorary Diplomas during Spring Graduation
CALGARY - Bow Valley College is pleased to announce that it will be bestowing Honorary Diplomas upon two individuals during two separate graduation ceremonies on June 19 and 20.
Former Colleges and Institutes Canada board member and current Chair of the Board of Directors for Bird Construction, Paul Charette, will be receiving the first Honorary Diploma during the afternoon graduation ceremony on June 19.
As a community partner and organizational donor, Eva Friesen, president and CEO of the Calgary Foundation since 2005, will be awarded an Honorary Diploma during the afternoon graduation ceremony on June 20.
Both recipients will be receiving Honorary Diplomas in Business Administration from the Chiu School of Business at Bow Valley College.
Over 900 learners will be crossing the stage of the Jack Singer Concert Hall during three separate graduation ceremonies over the course of the two days.
