If you have little or no computer experience, this course is for you.
Topics covered in this course include:
- Basic features of Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Word, and the Internet
- How to open and close windows
- Get help online
- Find your way around Windows Explorer
- Use gmail
- File management skills
- Introduction to creating, designing, formatting, and editing documents
Additional Information
A USB memory stick is recommended. All other course materials are provided.
Course Material / Textbook(s) Required:
Computer Basics #C7004 (Third Edition), June 2014, will be provided at no charge to learners
Recommended:
COMP9101 Keyboarding - Beginner and Skill Builder or a typing speed of 15 words per minute or equivalent experience.
