Grades
When you complete assignments and quizzes in D2L Brightspace, your instructor will provide you with grades for those items.
The following video and instructions will guide you through using the Grades tool.
1. Click on the hamburger icon to see the list of courses you are currently registered in.
2. Click on the name of the course you would like to view.
3. Click Assessments.
4. On the Assessments drop-down menu, click Grades.
5. This will show you a breakdown of your grades for that course.
Points are the total number of marks you can receive for a quiz, test, exam, or other assignment type.
The Weight Achieved is determined by the total number of points available and indicates how much an item is worth in respect to the overall grade.
The Grade shows the percentage you received on a given item in the list.
