safeTALK S3019 – 3rd floor South Campus The founders of Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) present SafeTALK, a half-day (3.5 hour) suicide alertness certification that prepares anyone 16 or older, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper.

Thurs., Feb. 21 and Fri., Feb 22 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (both days) First Responder to Sexual Assault and Abuse Training N416 – 4th floor North Campus This training is beneficial to both students and employees at Bow Valley College to learn how to identify and respond to people impacted by sexual violence. Bow Valley College community members will increase their skills and confidence to address sexual abuse and sexual assault, both on and off campus.
