Take advantage of your down time during reading week and reset your wellbeing with some meditation and mindfulness.  Join Heather Abbott (BVC Counsellor) to practice meditation and mindfulness daily during reading week.  Nov 10  1:00pm -  4:30pm   Inquiring Minds   This workshop will help you better understand mental health and its stigmas. We'll talk about how to have conversations about mental well-being through an easy-to-use check in tool. You'll also learn how to strengthen your mental health resilience using " The Big 4" coping strategies. Participants will receive an MS Teams meeting link once they've registered. If you have taken the two-day Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) within the last three years, you can extend your certification for 2 additional years by taking this Tune Up. Proof of prior ASIST attendance is required to attend the ASIST TuneUp. Please register Here
