Did you know? On an average day, 77% of staff and 96% of learners use sustainable transportation to get to Bow Valley College.
Bicycle
If you like to cycle to work or school, you will like this option. You can take the downtown bicycle network to get to campus, or even the Bow River Pathway system if you're looking for a route with less road traffic.
Once you arrive at the campus, you can lock your bike up on racks just outside of north and south campuses. Remember to use a secure lock. For resources on cycling in the city, check out Bike Calgary.
Running or Walking
If you want to walk or run to the College, there are several routes you can take. One of the nicer ones involves the Bow River Pathway system which runs along the side of the downtown core, and it is particularly nice in the Spring and Summer. You can also run or walk into the downtown core and then catch the free CTrain service across 7 Avenue to City Hall station.
