How to pay your tuition

Fall term tuition is due on August 31, 2021. Accounts overdue after the Fee Deadline will be subject to the College’s late payment and overdue process.

Bow Valley College does not accept in-person payments (cash, debit card, credit card) for tuition at any campus. You can pay your fees online through your bank, with a credit card, at most bank branches or ATMs, or by mail with a cheque or money order. Here's how:

Only available to pay your confirmation deposit and tuition fees.

  • Log into your MyBVC.ca account
  • Click 'Registration'
  • Click 'Make a Payment'
  • Use your Visa or Mastercard to make payment

If you plan on paying your tuition with student loans, please refer to our Financial Aid page.

If your loan is being sent directly to Bow Valley College, you are not required to make a payment except when your loan does not cover your full tuition/fees. Funding may arrive after the deadline and can arrive in installments. Processing can take up to three weeks once your loan has been disbursed by the government.

If your loan is being paid directly to you, you are responsible for making payment to the college by the fee deadline.

Your loan may not cover all of your tuition for the term. Check your loan disbursement schedule for the balance that you are responsible for.

You can pay your tuition through online banking, mobile banking, or your bank or credit union's mobile app.

  • Log into your bank's website, mobile app, or mobile site.
  • Look for the "Bill Payments" section and choose the option to add a new bill or payee.
  • To set up Bow Valley College as a bill payment option, search and select "Bow Valley College."
  • Your account number is your Bow Valley College student ID number (and may include up to the first seven letters of your last name).
  • Choose "Bow Valley College" from your list of bill payments, confirm the correct student ID number, and make the payment.
  • Most banks will provide you with a confirmation or reference number after you make the payment.

Make your payment before the fee deadline to avoid overdue charges. Confirmation fee payments should be made with enough time to allow for processing in order to avoid losing your admission offer.
