You can pay your tuition or application fee with a wire transfer. To ensure funds are allocated to the correct student file, your wire transfer must include in the “Sender to Receiver Information” field:
- Student's full name
- Student's date of birth
- Bow Valley College ID Number or Alberta Student Number
Your bank may charge additional fees for wire transfer payments and you may need to add extra funds to your payment amount to cover these charges. Consult with your bank for more information.
After the payment is processed by your bank:
- Email the receipt to: email@example.com
- It can take up to four weeks for Bow Valley College to receive a payment made by wire transfer. During this time, you will not see the funds on your student account summary.
