Retain talent and build an inclusive workplace

Participate in our Calgary Regional Immigrant Employment Council mentorship program to assist newcomers in their transition to Canada.

Mentorship: Support skilled newcomers through the Calgary Regional Immigrant Employment Council mentorship program.

Practicum & Co-op Placements: Bring in talented individuals through temporary work placements—paid, unpaid, or subsidized. Options include:

• Current Bow Valley College students in business, healthcare, community studies, or creative technologies.
• Internationally trained newcomers through the Corporate Readiness Training program.
• Recent post-secondary graduates via the Service Canada Connections to the Workplace program.
