SABVC wants you to join us for Wellness Wednesday, a bi-monthly event dedicated to boosting mental wellness with fun and interactive activities. This week's activity will be button pin making! Take a break, get creative, and connect with others.

Take a break and unwind with us! SABVC has once again partnered with MRU Massage Therapy students to offer FREE 15 minute massages. Massage time slots will be available on a first-come first-served basis as time slots are limited. Make sure you arrive early to sign up for a time slot!

Meet the visual artists behind the recycled art gallery on North Campus 3rd Floor.

Visit the North Campus 3rd Floor to catch a glimpse of our Earth Month Art Exhibition: Crossing Together. Created by Patricia Salat and Miguel Barros, these paintings were created using recycled materials from Bow Valley College.

This event provides a premier platform for students to demonstrate their accounting skills by tackling real-world financial and accounting scenarios. This competition is tailored for diploma students majoring in accounting at colleges and polytechnics, offering a valuable opportunity to apply their academic training to practical challenges. Degree-granting polytechnics are welcome to enter second-year students from their accounting programs.

Exams got you down? Are you in need of some stress release? SABVC has got you covered! Introducing Stress Less Day! A day where you can sit back and relax while enjoying some stress relieving activities. The best part? It's all FREE! We will have a chill lounge set up outside SABVC's office from 10:00 to 3:00, as well as some fun activities for you to enjoy in TransAlta Hall from 11:00 to 1:00.

Join us as SABVC, in partnership with Sodexo, fights food insecurity on our campus with our Free Bites program. Each month we will be serving 50 free meals* to students. Be sure to arrive early before supplies run out!

SABVC wants to invite you to join us at our final Winter 2025 session of Unlock Your Voice. This event is designed to give students a safe space to have topic based discussions, practice public speaking, interact with their elected student leaders, and more! Session 3 topic will be all about "Hot Takes". Pre registration is encouraged but not mandatory. An engaging booth to raise awareness about food waste reduction, students and staff can explore insightful data from recent research, view leftover foods on plates and participate Food Waste Game to learn practical tips on storing food to prevent from spoiling. The digital action wall and photo carousel will also be shown on the booth to encourage everyone to act and spread awareness on minimizing food waste.

Start your morning right with a free breakfast served by SABVC! This initiative helps fight food insecurity on campus while giving you the energy to tackle your day.
