Bow Valley College Re-opening for Fall Term
Bow Valley College continues to take every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our students and employees. We are pleased to announce that we will be offering our students a wide range of flexible in-person, blended, and online course options for the Fall term. We will be returning to an in-person program delivery level similar to what we had in place before the COVID-19 pandemic. We have offered online courses for many years, so we will offer a high number of in-person options and continue to offer online when it best meets student needs.
We continue to closely follow the Alberta Health protocols and guidance from the Government of Alberta. We will be utilizing technological innovations, such as our modern classroom initiative, to meet the needs of our employees and students as we transition to a predominantly in-person Fall term. We are proud of our resilience and adaptability over the last year and are committed to student social and educational success.
We thank everyone who has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic for their support. Thousands of essential workers and public sector workers have gone above and beyond to protect our community health and keep critical services open so that our students and employees could continue providing the educational excellence Alberta’s economic recovery depends on. Many of our students and alumni were part of the fight against COVID-19, and we applaud their perseverance and skill.
