Whether it is combining multiple courses into one cohesive course, or developing English language training that is built around the needs of your workforce, Bow Valley College can meet your training requirements.
Depending on the needs of the client, training can be offered on-campus or at the workplace. Workplace facilitated training can aid in reducing the time away from work, as trainees are not required to travel to an off-site location. This not only benefits the trainees, but may also lower your costs. Our North and South campuses are connected by a plus-15 walkway, and feature more than 500,000 sq.ft. of state-of-the-art instructional space.

School of Global Access - Workforce Development
Working with local businesses, Bow Valley College's School of Global Access brings language training and intercultural skill development to the workplace. Bow Valley College offers flexible training and delivery that suits each client's operational needs and financial realities.
Bow Valley College capitalizes on the uniqueness of each client and realizes that one solution does not fit all situations. To ensure workshops are meaningful to all participants, each program option is customized to focus on issues that are present within the client organization, and targets specific areas for development.
English Language Training
Addressing language concerns within the workplace can be complex due to time constraints, number of employees, workplace specific content, and individual needs. English language training allows communication skills to be developed within the specific context of each client's operations and makes use of real workplace examples for optimal skill enhancement.
Intercultural training allows participants to be more culturally aware when dealing with an increasingly diverse and complex workforce. Managers will develop self-awareness and gain a better understanding of their own role in managing towards a successful work culture. All participants will recognize the importance of communication and will develop skills to address workplace concerns within a culturally diverse environment.
