Information about the 2021 Fall Term (September - December)
The Government of Alberta has directed post-secondary institutions to return to on-campus teaching in the fall.
Our College is carefully reviewing feasibility and delivery for all programs and will update students and this website once a decision is made, on or before April 30.
Information about the 2021 Spring/Summer Term (May - August)
Online or in-person delivery methods will differ for each program or school. Please refer to our Spring/Summer 2021 Course and Program Delivery page for more detailed information on how individual Bow Valley College programs will be taught (online, in-person, or blended delivery) for the Spring/Summer 2021 term.
Any accepted applicants for Spring/Summer who are not able to start their program need to inform us by emailing email@example.com. We can arrange for a later start date if these applicants choose to defer the start date of their program.
Paying your fees for your Spring/Summer Term Courses
If you are taking courses in the Spring/Summer term, the deadline for paying for those courses is May 4, 2021. Please note that because the College Campus is closed, you will not be able to pay with cash or in person with a debit or credit card. For information about the ways in which you can pay your fees, please go to: https://bowvalleycollege.ca/student-resources/financial-services/paying-your-fees
Student ID Cards
Students who have courses that require them to be on-campus must show a student photo ID card on entry. It is important you have an active student ID card with your photo before May 2021. You can request a photo ID card from Registrar Services by uploading a photo of yourself and a piece of government-issued photo ID through this secure online form (MyBVC log-in required).
Students with no in-person courses should not enter Bow Valley College campuses. In order to limit the spread and possible exposure to COVID-19, the campus is closed to students, staff, and faculty without valid in-person business.
If a staff or faculty member needs you to attend campus for a specific reason, they will set-up an appointment with you and send you safety protocols for attendance.
