Bow Valley College mourns the passing of visionary and former Alberta Premier Peter Lougheed
Bow Valley College extends its sincere condolences to the family, and all who have been affected by the passing of former Alberta premier Peter Lougheed. Undoubtedly a visionary, Lougheed's strong values and beliefs shaped our province and country, and have left a lasting legacy.
"Our province was shaped by Peter Lougheed in so many ways, and his legacy is all around us" said Bow Valley College president and CEO, Sharon Carry. "Albertans continue to benefit from accessible post-secondary education, thanks to the investments established by his government. He will truly be missed."
