Early Learning and Child Care Certificate (Year 1)

After the 1st year of the ELCC Program, you will earn a Certificate and be eligible for Child Development Worker certification from Alberta Children and Youth Services. You will be prepared to provide quality child care in a wide variety of settings.

Early Learning and Child Care Diploma (Year 2)

After the 2nd year of the ELCC Program, you will earn a Diploma and be eligible for Child Development Supervisor certification from Alberta Children and Youth Services. You will be equipped to work in a child care setting at a supervisory or director level.

Education Assistant Certificate

Are you interested in working with teachers in an educational setting to support children with diverse learning needs and exceptionalities? This one-year certificate program will prepare you to work with students supporting their cognitive, psychological, and social development.

Aboriginal Addictions Services Counselling Certificate

Acquire the multilevel intervention skills necessary to support Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal individuals, families and communities in identifying and managing addictions. This 8-month full-time certificate program is classroom-based with an emphasis on community practicums and a focus on Aboriginal history and culture.
