Full-time LINC

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada funds our full-time Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) programs.  These programs are for Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees.  Learners focus on all language skill areas (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and acquire the skills and knowledge they need to successfully settle in Canada.

For information in multiple languages about our ELL programs, visit  Apply-ell.
