Microsoft Project 2010 - Level I
Microsoft Project 2010 is a tool that assists you in managing your projects. It allows you to gather information about the various tasks involved, track resources required to accomplish the tasks, and chart the overall cost in order to plan a project. You will create a project plan containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.
Prerequisite:
- Computer Basics or knowledge of either Windows XP or Windows Vista.
- If you do not have Project Management experience, Introduction to Project Management is also recommended.
