Leadership for Licensed Practical Nurses - Online

Building on the knowledge gained from their practical nurse education, this course provides Licensed Practical Nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to analyze their transition to leadership practice and effectively take on formal and informal leadership roles within an increasingly complex health care environment. This course emphasizes practical approaches to gaining skills and confidence in leadership roles. Certificate issued upon successful completion of course requirements.

• LPN or Practical Nurse who is eligible for licensure
