We give you the choice. Do you need just a little coverage to enhance what your family already has? Select “Opt Down” and receive additional cash on your pay cheque. Do you need full benefits? Select Opt Up and pay a small premium. Don’t need benefits at all? The College will pay you the amount we would normally pay for your benefits. By the way, these begin on your first day of work!
