Your first 90 days with a new company is no time to test the waters.  Jump in and quickly demonstrate to your boss that you were the best candidate for the job.  It is vital for you to have a plan in place, so that you make the most of each day during this critical first quarter.

Requirements for LEAD:

  • Attend a minimum of 5 LEAD workshops (no pre-registration required)
  • Participate in a minimum of 10 hours of campus volunteerism.

Upon completion of the minimum requirements (or at your request further than this), you will receive:

  • An official LEAD Certificate stating your participation 

Your participation in LEAD workshops will also be recorded in your Co-Curricular Record
