Designated as the comprehensive community college for Calgary & its surrounding region, Bow Valley College offers you learning opportunities through flexible delivery options, including classrooms, online or self paced modules. Whether you are taking a course for interest, to enhance your career skills or to finish high school you have access to all of the traditional Bow Valley College student supports. Locally we offer instructor led and self-paced courses in computer and administration skills, photography workshops and English Language Learning as well as suppport for those taking online learning courses.
If you have been recently laid off or if you are looking to get back into the job market we have short term, full-time, fully-funded career based training programs to give you skills and confidence to do just that. This is fully funded by Alberta Human Services. Find out how to access this program at one of our Information Sessions.
Part-time, online career certificate programs such as Events Management, Human Resources Management, and Accounting and Financial Management allow you to gain college qualifications without having to leave the valley. In partnership with eCampusAlberta, we offer 60+ programs and 600 courses online giving access to many career programs.
